We've put together some commonly asked questions to give you information about our e-shop. If you have a question that you can not find the answer to, please contact us at eshop-fa-ia@meg.mee.com.

  • Access to e-shop
    • Website not available
    Check whether the internal link is working. If it is working, the server is usually not down. Otherwise please write an email to eshop-fa-ia@meg.mee.com.
     
    • E-shop does not work. What I can do?
    Contact eshop-fa-ia@meg.mee.com or your responsible sales desk.
  • Login issues
    • The link to activate the password does not work
    Try to clear Browser-Cache (Shortcut while browsing mee webshop: Ctrl+F5).
     
    • How long is the activation link valid?
    Activation link is valid for 7 days. After that it expires and you need to request new one. 
     
    •  I did not receive any activation link.
    Please contact your local Sales Desk or directly eshop-fa-ia@meg.mee.com
     
    • I do not remember my password or it is not correct

    The users can request a new password by themselves by clicking "Forgot your password?" at the login page. Please mind that 5 fail attempts of login will cause an account block. In that case ask our e-shop team at
    eshop-fa-ia@meg.mee.com to reset the password for you.
     

    • I used "Forgot password?"button but did not receive any link.
    Your account has probably been blocked. Please contact us at eshop-fa-ia@meg.mee.com

     
  • New user registration
    • I would like to have e-shop account, what should I do?
    Please fill the all neccessary fields in the registration form available on the login page. If you are not yet Mitsubishi customer, we will re-direct your request to the relevant Sales Desk. They will contact you directly.
     
    • I would like to register for an e-shop account but cannot find my country on the list in the registration form. What should I do?
    If you are interested in purchasing Mitsubishi products, but cannot find your country on the list, please check on location worldwide page list of our offices and regional bureaus that are closest to your location. Our colleagues will be happy to help you.
